As the sun begins to set, we will make our way to a scenic rooftop location to capture the magical colors of the Zanzibar sky. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and take stunning photos of the sunset over the Indian Ocean and Stone Town's rooftops.

Arrive at the renowned Emerson on Hurumzi, a beautifully restored merchant's house in the heart of Stone Town. Ascend to the rooftop terrace, famous for its stunning views and romantic ambiance. Indulge in a delicious set dinner featuring a fusion of Swahili, Arabic, and Indian flavors. Enjoy live Taarab music (on select evenings) as you dine under the stars.
